- If we shipped you the wrong product or it arrived defective or damaged, we will send a replacement at no charge or refund the full purchase price (product must be returned to us in its original packaging.)
- If you ordered the wrong item, wrong size, or simply changed your mind, we will refund the purchase price minus the shipping cost ((product must be returned to us in its original packaging.)
- A 10% restocking fee may be assessed if the original packaging has been opened, or if the item has been used and/or is not returned in original condition.
- Seed. We will accept authorized returns within 30 days of the original order ship date.
- Wholesalers & Dealers. We will accept authorized returns within 30 days of the invoice date.
- Once we receive your return, we will promptly process your refund and issue a credit.
- If you paid by credit card, the credit will be applied to your credit card account. Please note that it can from 2–7 business days for the credit to post.
- If you paid by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you.
